●  EQUINE PRESENCE · EQUINE COACHING

Horses respond to who you are, not to what you say.

Knowing what to do is one thing. Presence and boundaries sometimes say otherwise: at work and in life, in relationships, with money, with self-worth. A horse reads movement, intention, tension and proximity, and answers immediately and without judgement.

Equine Presence offers facilitated interaction with horses, then reflection and a debrief translated to the workplace. Everything takes place on the ground. No riding and no experience with horses are needed. For individuals, executives, entrepreneurs and corporate teams.

WHY HORSES

Leadership you can feel, not only discuss.

Horses are prey animals. Their survival depends on reading the body language and inner state of those around them, so they notice congruence, or its absence, long before words do.

In a session, what usually stays abstract becomes visible within minutes: how you set direction, how you hold a boundary, how a team coordinates under uncertainty. The horse is a participant in the learning, not a diagnostic tool. Each exercise is followed by reflection, so the insight comes back to work as practical action.

Equine Presence is experiential learning and leadership development. It is not therapy and does not claim clinical outcomes.

“A horse is a mirror that can't be argued with.”

●  THE EXPERIENCES

Six ways to work with horses

01

Personal Clarity with Horses

Clarity on a personal question or decision. A one-to-one session to meet the question with the horse rather than around it.

02

Embodied Leadership

Presence, boundaries and communication, worked through the body rather than through concepts.

03

Team Alignment and Cooperation

Trust, roles and working together. A shared task with the horses shows how the team really communicates and decides.

04

Executive and Systemic Perspectives

Seeing the system around a leadership challenge, from a new position.

05

Horse Change
